Anyone contemplating on buying furnitures
Please DO NOT give much/any thought on
This particular company _ _ _ _
Maybe it's just me or that I'm amongst the minority
Of customers whom have had such experience
But whatever it is ..
I won't be patronizing them anymore.
.
The sales person at that company
Promised that everything will be delivered on time
Whatever that we asked for,he assured us that'll be
No Problem!
Of course, that is PRIOR to payment
AFTER the full payment .. different story
.
They were late for delivery
They had attitude problems
Very BAD after-sales service
Their furniture does not come in full
(Meaning a 2nd trip must be made just
(To fix a certain lighting )
.
And I seriously pity the delivery men
Cuz ppl whom are frustrated for having to wait
Way past the designated time
Will no doubt vent our anger on them
Cuz they are the ones we see
But wat is the point ?
They are not the one whom liase with us
So no matter how much you argue with them
They wouldnt know what the actual problem is
Their job is just to deliver & set up
The ones whom got them into trouble are the ones
Sitting in the office .. all talk and no credibility!
.
They even told us that the delivery men would be
Able to set up ( a very wide & big cupboard ) in 45mins,tops
Heck!The 2 poor guys spent 40mins just carrying the parts
Up to the 3rd storey , both drenched in sweat
And spent 2hours setting the thing up!
45 mins .. ya right .. why not YOU
The one sitting in air-conditioned room , try doing it?
What an ass!
