♥Disappointment is all I taste

I can't even put into words how I/we're feeling now
At the 11th hour, the trip is cancelled
After waiting for 1month
The anticipation, the Joy and excitement
Counting the days till the day is here
It's like a wonderful dream come true!
And then just a night before we're scheduled to fly
News of the escalating cases of swine flu in Australia broke
And Baobao aint feeling well
My folks decided not to take the risk cuz Bao bao's
Immune system is weak now, very susceptible to viruses
.
This is what u feel when u put high hopes in something
Very confident and almost guarantee tt it would happen smoothly
And then when it all comes crashing down
There's no prevention or warning
The heartache and disappointment is overwhelming
Engulfing us totally
Who would have thought of such a twisted,unexpected end ?

Our side (and cousins/uncle & auntie)over at Aus
I believe they are very much disappointed too
Having cleared & tidied rooms for us and planned in full
The itinerary for us when we're there and most importantly
The full 2wks leave they all took , just for us , just to accompany us
And it's really very wasted that my aunt's leave is not cancellable
Waste of 2 wks' worth of leave
But think my uncle & Eloise are back to work
Not to mention the disappointment Eloise had .. *sigh*
It really aint no one's fault
Not even Baobao's ..
It's just a very bad timing ..
Unpredictable
.
Words can never fully justify the disappointment and heartaches
This trip is all that I have been waiting for, hoping for , wishing for
Everything seems perfect ..
But in the end ..
Nothing is perfect ..
.
All I can hope for and wish for now is that
The next trip will come very soon
By which time I would have some dough in my pocket
And pray that this time round
It would really be a very smooth journey, without any hiccups
A truly wonderful dream come true
For all of us
